Are the tiles washable in a residential washing machine?
Yes, the tiles can be washed at home using washing machine on a delicate program with standard detergent. The tiles can be easily reinstalled after washing without any visible changes.
Is the pad already attached to the carpet?
Yes, the tiles have a pre-attached underpad, making your project quicker and easier, with no tack strips needed.
Where are the carpet tiles produced?
The carpet tiles are made in the USA, supporting local communities and providing quality assurance.
How many tiles are in each box?
The 'plush' carpet tiles contain 6 tiles, or 40 sq. ft., per box, while the 'super plush' carpet tiles contain 5 tiles, or 33.3 sq. ft. per box. Please account for an additional 10% more than the surface area for waste and overage.
How is the product shipped?
The carpet is shipped in 24" x 40" cartons and delivered to your door by the courrier company within a few days.
How are the carpet tiles fixed to the floor?
We recommend installing the carpet tiles using our proprietary friction-based installation pads (FriXion pads) which are placed underneath the tiles and stick to the floor. The friction-based installation allows the tiles to be lifted and repositioned without requiring glue or tape.
