Return Policy

At CarpetDIY, we stand behind our products offering manufacture warranties and protection. Our desire is for you to be satisfied and confident with your purchase. However, if for some reason you find your purchase needs to be returned we have you covered.

We offer a complete order refund for your purchase price, (minus the cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee), within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase up to 14 days upon receiving the return confirmation.

Luxury Carpet Tile: We will replace any piece of Luxury Carpet Tile that you are unable to clean, just pay to ship the affected piece back to us.

Time has slipped away? Yep, that has happened to all of us. At CarpetDIY, we understand and want to help in those moments of receding time. We offer a 60 day difference for your satisfaction guarantee. On all returnable products within the 60 day window we offer a CarpetDIY credit. Wahoo! Your credit will be processed up to 14 days upon receiving the return confirmation.

✓ Installed Products: If a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. CarpetDIY is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as installation will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS

Purchaser is responsible for confirming the order accuracy. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly. We will be unable to cancel orders that have already processed without charging applicable shipping fees both directions of transit. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@carpetdiy.com. Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Standard).

REFUSED ORDERS

It is our advice to NEVER refuse a delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged or with incorrect quantities or product, please call our customer service team immediately at (706) 229-3710 for assistance. If you refuse to accept an order, CarpetDIY will charge all applicable restock and shipping fees as part of the return. We encourage you to make all notifications on the delivery slip of the damages, shortages or wrong materials delivered. If you note this on the delivery slip we will be able to help with the claims process. Once the claim has been filed please hold on to the items as the courier reserves the right to inspect, pick-up or discard the material.
